Personal Thoughts
This book is a must for any fan of the Crow, comic or movie adaptation. On the opening pages, Robert Zuckerman gives us a poem, in honor of Brandon Lee. Alex Proyas, director of The Crow, adds a memorial paragraph as well. What makes this movie book so valuable, is the insight we are given to the whole Crow world, not just to the movie version. The whole process of how the film came about, and the details behind the production and such, are very interesting and insightful. Of course, any fans of Brandon Lee will enjoy the many photos of him in and out of character. The music is talked about, as well as what happened to Skull Cowboy in the final cut. The book goes a long way towards dispelling a lot of myths and inaccurate stories about what happened to Brandon, as well as other commonly inaccurate stories that seem to surface all the time about certain aspects of the movie. I highly recommend you get your hands on it!
