Book Overview
A man is heinously accused and convicted of a crime he did not commit. Jared Poe, a controversial S&M photographer, is on Louisiana's Death Row, condemned to die for killing his lover. His time runs out before he is able to clear his name and find the real killer. Taken into the dark realm of The Crow, Jared prowls the Goth netherworld of New Orleans desperately trying to prove that he was not a killer when he died.

Personal Thoughts
Of the three Prism novels this one was the quickest read. It houses only 214 pages. The novel introduces a homosexual plotline never before used in any other Crow inspired stories. The esoteric rituals associated with New Orleans have always intrigued me. This novel combines the mystical magic of the city and the dark side of the human soul. It is written in such a way that the images, conjured by the mind, are so explicit that the reader actually experiences the conflict and torment of the players. If you enjoy delving into the world of the supernatural and you are a fan of The Crow, you will be captivated by the union of the two in a novel so electrically charged that you will thirst for more.

Special Note: This novel can also be found in a compilation book entitled "Murder of Crows". It compiles "Quoth The Crow", "Lazarus Heart" and "Clash By Night" into one volume. It is very hard to find and usually can only be found on eBay
