Fans Forum Crow Fans, like villagers of yore, have a place where they can talk about people, discuss current happenings and watch someone get crucified. (Not really, but they get kicked off) If this were a couple hundred years ago, it'd be called the village green, square or forum. The nice people at Crowfans.com have chosen the last one. There's possibly a forum for just about everything. If I looked hard enough, I could probably find a forum for goldfish, and not just the proper care of. But, I've just eaten, so we're not going far down that road. "Sure," you say, "I've been to those forums. What makes this one so different?" I will tell you; just keep reading. I'd like to tell everybody that this is the easiest place to post to. Aside from just having to sign-in, and remembering to hit the "post" button, there isn't much else to do. There's no need to worry about a bunch of people ganging up on you if your post isn't liked. People will tell you what they think, but it will in coherent (mostly), non curse laden, sentences. Have a question? They are more than happy to help; certainly with all the amassed knowledge, the answer can be found or remember fairly quickly. Also, being a newbie here is not discouraged, it's sort of like a big family that's more than happy to take on a new member. I think I've even seen places where some people are called "Lil Sis" and other such things. It's a very tightly knit group, if there is someone being a pain, they band together to get rid of said pain. In true Crow fashion, volunteers to peck out the eyes of a certain fool are quick in coming. Also, the moderators do their job nicely. If a belligerent fool (coughFUJeffMostcough) comes in a tries to start some trouble, said fool is disposed of faster than a buffet at my family reunion. But, the moderators aren't just a bunch of cruel people who sit in the corner waiting for the chance to rid the forum of a bad egg, no, they are people you can actually talk to. They're usually the first to answer a question or point you in the right direction. Unlike my Assistant Principle, who rids my school of whoever he wants, and doesn't want the student to know the truth. This is just a great place to go after work or school; turn on the computer, press that little button so your cup holder comes out and respond to a few posts. If you're feeling really ambitious, click on over to the jukebox and cue up a few tunes, assuming something Crow related isn't already in the cup holder thingy, or send out a card. Who needs a nice happy one from AOL, send out one of these bad boys or gals. If you're looking for something a little more fun, go to www.pinstruck.com, other wise stick to Devil's Night Greetings. At least with you Devil's Night Greetings, you can attach music. Ladies and Gentlemen, stick a fork in me, I'm done. Hey, put that down! I didn't really mean that. Ouch, ouch… -J.
