Happy Halloween!
It's that time of the year again, Crow Fans! No time is more important in the Crow calendar than this day, it's the day when we can all enjoy the very essence of The Crow. It's also the time when some of us may dress up as The Crow and enjoy Halloween, and if you're one who does, then why not submit your costume to Croween.com and maybe even win a prize? Enjoy The Crow and be part of the community and especially, enjoy Halloween!
Fan Fiction Update
We've had some major problems with our Fan Fiction email account over the past month or so, most of the sent emails were unfortunately lost. From what we have received, we've put up on the Fan Fiction section, so click over and enjoy! For more simplistic submission, we've added a template file to the submit section so all you have to do is enter your story and details with a html editor such as Dreamweaver and send it to us to upload. That way, we can update Fan Fiction a lot faster.

Robert Zuckerman Update
The official photographer from the first two Crow films, Robert Zuckerman, continues to be busy. He wrapped up his work on Terminator 3 (can't wait to see the movie book for this as it should have some excellent photos). After T3, Robert jumped immediately into doing the onset photography for the Will Smith/Martin Lawrence buddy sequel BAD BOYS 2. The shoot is taking place in Miami and Robert says it has been a good shoot but hot!
One thing that has been a positive is that he is able to be closer to his sister Patti who is battling a debilitating disease. As many of you who visit us should know, Robert has created a website, Wonderhall, which has photos of Patti along with the story behind her illness. As well as sections about Patti, Roberts other work is displayed on the site to include some tributes to Brandon. Robert continues to offer a limited edition copy of the "Cathedral" photo for sale. All proceeds go towards Patti's care. For those that are not familiar with "Cathedral", it is the famous shot of Brandon in full Eric Draven costume, sitting in a throne-like chair glaring ominously at the camera. Robert will be updating Wonderhall soon with new pictures and news information. Make sure you keep checking it out for that update.
As always, we send our prayers and thoughts to Robert and his family. We ask that you too keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
Take care.....come what may.

Full Details on Wicked Prayer
From Production Weekly:
Lance Mungia ("Six-String Samurai") will direct "The Crow: Wicked Prayer", the third sequel in "The Crow" franchise, with production scheduled to begin in February. The story is based on Norman Partridge's original novel, inspired by the series created by James O'Barr.
In these, the final, cruelest moments of his earthly existence, Dan Cody watches as the lifeblood of his lady is sucked down by the thirsty desert sands. In an instant, his heart and his redemption have been blown away by a postmodern witch and her sadistic goth-giant companion on their gore-soaked joyride to immortality. But even as one life ends in pain and anguish for Dan Cody, another begins. He is about to join those chosen to walk beneath the shadow of the Crow's wing. Revenge will be the sole reason for his return; revenge on two who are speeding into the night in a '49 lamb's-blood Mercury on the fast track to Hell... or Nevada. And though Kyra Damon and Johnny Church have embraced evil with a zealor's fervor, they underestimate the power of what's pursuing them from beyond the grave- the rough beast that's now slouching toward Vegas with murderous rage in its dead eyes.

More Crow Merchandise
Here is a post from the ChambeRoom posted by Arykh reporting some new merchandise items out.
"In latest news from my comic shop dealer I have an update on merchandise. Right now he can place orders for 4 new Crow items.
The first is The Crow Transformation Statue - This is the statue that was featured in the San Diego Comic Con Post with Eric looking in the Mirror and the Irony Mask hanging on it.
Second is The Crow Whine Bottle Opener - Yes you heard me right. This bottle opener is a pewter mold of Eric in his Arms Outstretched pose from the waste up with a Crow on his shoulder. From the waste down it is replaced with a Corkscrew.
Third is The Crow Coaster - Nothing else to say other than this is exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely love to put my drink on top of Brandon Lee's Face! NOT!!!
Fourth The Crow Jewelry Bo - This looks nice. It is a typical Casket Jewelry box with the Eric Draven Grave Stone over top of it. It is lined in velvet and has a very beautiful appearance.
For more information as to pricing on these items (all of them are surprisingly reasonable especially the Jewelry Box) you can contact me at thanatos@chartertn.net
Also coming soon will be an official Comic Shop Catalogue from my dealer that I am making featuring all the T-Shirts and other Crow Items he has. If you are interested in receiving a copy of this then please e-mail me with the words "Crow Catalogue" in it."
Thanks to Arykh for the update
Take care.....come what may

CROWEEN 2K2 - Calling All Crow Fans!
Halloween is upon us again.
One more commercialized celebration trying to sell us a virtual ton of cheap trinkets we don't need.
As Crow Fans, we can use it as a way to express ourselves and our appreciation for a mythology grounded in true human emotions. Just as everything else, we have the opportunity to stand out and represent an idea that means something real to us, or sit back and let the generic flood of glow in the dark skulls take over.
Overly dramatic? Yes, I suppose so. But the idea of thousands of Crow Fans heading out on Halloween representing something with depth has real power. It makes me smile to envision a kind of Crow army heading out Halloween night, in different parts of the world but united by a common interest.
Enter CROWEEN. The theme this year: Total Crow Domination.
Let's own this Holiday. Crow Fans have had to fight and claw for most things, we're always finding ways to express our appreciation to James O' Barr and his creation, to Brandon Lee and his brilliant performance in the first film. Well, this is one way that we can ALL be involved, together, as one massive group.
Dress up, paint that Crow mask on your face (or invent your own style).
Take pictures, be part of the global gallery.make people take notice.
The Crow is alive and well. It will always be alive, because its an idea that touches people and means something to a great many people.
This Halloween, let's head out in force as The Crow.

Dacascos' "Brotherhood" Hits Region 1 DVD Tuesday
Fans of The Crow: Stairway to Heaven have something to look forward to. Mark Dacascos, star of STH, has his latest success "Brotherhood Of The Wolf" hit DVD in the states on Tuesday. Though the region 1 version is paltry compared to its overseas region 4 version, there is a deleted scenes segment that has a homage to Mark's character Eric Draven from STH located on the disk. Fans will need to make sure and check this feature out after they have seen the movie.
Take care.....come what may.
A Passage in Time
September is behind us and has established a future with promise. October looks to be a big month for The Crow, so be prepared!
