Here is some Crow related news from Bella Luna, founder of the yahoo club "James O'Barr's Crownee Corner":

PAUL BOWLES, one of the last American expatriate writers, died on November 18 in Morocco after suffering a heart attack, according the horror writers e-zine, Darkecho. He was 88 years old and best known for his novel 'THE SHELTERING SKY' (1949) from which Brandon Lee's 'famous' last interview passage was taken. This passage was also engraved on Lee's grave in Seattle, Washington.

"Because we do not know when we will die we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well and yet everything happens only a certain number of times and a very small really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, an afternoon that is so deeply a part of your life that you can't even conceive of your life without it. Perhaps four or five times more? Perhaps not even that. How many times will you watch the full moon rise, perhaps twenty, and yet it all seems so limitless."

Something to ponder, right?
