LadyDeath/Crow Crossover Clarification
Many fans have been confused in regard to how many volumes the first story arc of the LadyDeath/Crow crossover will have. Well, we have received the official word on that from TwistedSpine at the ChambeRoom. He contacted Mike Francis, Managing Editor of CHAOS! Comics. Mike said "One issue. We'd love more and who knows." ABaHB also contacted Adam Goldfine of CHAOS! Comics and he reiterated the single-issue (32pages) comments of Francis. The way we will see a LadyDeath/Crow #2 and beyond is how well this initial story arc sells.
Twisted also reports that he asked Mike Francis if the ChambeRoom could offer a first issue of the crossover signed by the creative team as a prize for an unannounced contest, Mike responded with, "Seems like a good idea to me. I'm passing it to marketing." Mike also confirmed that Todd Broeker, colorist for this first story arc, would be able to share some exclusive page previews with Crow Fans at the ChambeRoom! Definitely a lot to look forward to and we will make sure you know when the ChambeRoom has these items.
Though this first LadyDeath/Crow crossover will be a single issue, it will come with no less than 5 different cover versions. The standard version ($2.99), a variant cover, as well as a premimum cover ($9.99) and a super premium cover ($20.00). Also there well be a preview edition (due out in August) and a script edition (which will have a premium cover version to go with the standard cover version).
Thanks to Twisted for the clarification.
Take care…..come what may.

Back to Business
Holidays are over and it's time to get back to Crow News! We have lots to catch up on, so check back soon and we'll be back to regular updates.

June 27th-July 27th, 2002
Holiday Time At ABaHB
Head webmaster Irony will be off on holiday for a month starting the end of this week. I, LLcruize, will still be around stalking the web corridors. I will be setting up shop in the ABaHB thread at the ChambeRoom. There will be no change in frequency of updates. I will continue to post news daily from there, so click on the link provided to get your news. There is a lot happening in the coming months with Crow/Lady Death, as well as Crow 4 developments, so we will not let a little holiday get in the way of that! Send any news information you have to our email address; abahb@email.com or to me at LLcruize@yahoo.com .
Also, keep the fan fiction coming in to abahb@email.com. I will be placing all fan fiction in a folder on our email server and when Irony returns, he will add them to our fan fiction section. For fan fiction graphics and poems, I will go on and post a copy of these in the ABaHB thread at the ChambeRoom so everyone can see them now before Irony posts them to the fan fiction section.
Don't forget about the new James O'Barr website. He is supposed to start answering email questions soon, so make sure and keep an eye on his site for the latest information on what he is up to as well as his answering fan email questions.
Speaking of questions, as always, if you have any questions in regard to The Crow, past projects or future projects, I'm just an email away.
Take care…..come what may.

Thanks to Terry Bratsis for the heads up on the headknocker. He reports this item can be found at Newbury Comics.
Also, over at the ChambeRoom, frequent poster Preacher D Raven, has posted a digital mockup of the new 12inch Draven figure that is coming out. Give it a look.

ABaHB Offers Up A "Monster" Crow Fan Fiction Section
As we reported a few days ago, we were approached by White Rabbit of the Crow Fan Fiction archive site about taking on their archive of stories, poems and graphics. We jumped at the opportunity. We have long offered fans a platform here to express themselves. So to have the opportunity to take that to the next level was something we proudly accepted.
Go and give the fan fiction a look. All stories, poems and graphics are listed in alphabetical order. The stories and poems are separated out for easy navigation. We also have a new area for you to submit your fanfiction as well as ways you can promote your work and more.
We would like to express our gratitude to White Rabbit and Brian Campo for the fantastic work they have done keeping up with the fan fiction archive and for having the trust in us to carry on the tradition. We look forward to growing the fan fiction even more.
Take care.....come what may

News Update, Fan Fiction.....And Something On The Horizon
You have probably noticed that we have skipped a day here and there on reporting news. It is not from a lack of initiative or work. Quite the contrary. We have been assembling some massive pages of work that you will enjoy for months to come. And another reason is, there just hasn't been the flood of news here lately. But with Crow 4 continuing to evolve and the Chaos crossover comic soon to hit stands in August & September, we should be seeing some more action in the news department soon.
As we reported late last week, we have joined forces with the Crow Fan Fiction site, ran by White Rabbit and Bcampo. Well, those archives are just about loaded completely. Needless to say, if you are interested in seeing what your fellow Crownees are capable of, right here is your place to visit! Some fantastic works of art to moving poetry and short stories. We truly can be regarded as the Crow Fan Fiction archival of the net.
But that is not all. Soon, visitors to ABaHB will be privy to something that we are sure many of you will enjoy. It is something from the past, something that we never got to see come to life, yet is still today a constant subject of debate among fans. Stay tuned to see what I'm talking about!
Take care.....come what may.

Crow 4 & Lazarus Sections Get An Overhaul
ABaHB visitors know that we strive to keep everyone up to date on rumors (seperated the false from the true) and official information in regard to the movies. As we established with our massive Salvation section, we have a plethora of information to provide fans. With all of the rumors and misinformation flying around about Crow 4, we figured that it was time to clean up our Crow 4 and Lazarus sections. We have put every single piece of information that has come out in regard to Crow 4 and Lazarus in these sections, in an easy to follow format. We have separated Lazarus and Crow 4 because, as we all know, Lazarus is no longer a Crow endeavor. However, there was and continues to be so much information put out about it, we felt that it was necessary to have it all listed for your reading. The Crow 4 section will have only information that is relevant to the current "unofficial" premise, which is Wicked Prayer. So go give the Crow 4 section a look and the Lazarus section a look and you will up on everything that has transpired to date. You will be one of the informed, not misinformed!
Take care.....come what may.
